Bringing the Beauty of Wagashi (Japanese Sweets) to Arizona

Our journey began with learning the art of making daifuku in Kyoto. We then continued our training at Edoya Honten, a renowned, long-established Japanese confectionery shop in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture, a city rich in history and tradition. There, we had the privilege of learning the craftsmanship behind authentic warabi mochi and traditional Japanese sweets.

With the skills and knowledge we gained at Edoya, we are excited to open Arizona’s first specialty shop dedicated to authentic Japanese wagashi.

Our goal is to honor the traditions and techniques we learned in Japan while incorporating elements of American style and creativity. We look forward to sharing delicious, beautiful daifuku and Japanese sweets, each carefully crafted with passion and care.

We hope to bring the beauty and joy of Japanese wagashi to our community in Arizona.
